Board Responsibilities

The Board of Directors shall authorize all expenditures and be responsible for the execution, through the club officers, of the policies approved by the club.

The club has authorized the Board of Directors to conduct the club's business online when deemed necessary by the club president.

To establish a quorum nine members of the board must be present at a Board of Directors meeting.
